Service scope
Define DTD's email follow-through service, trial limits and paid plan features after implementation is final.
User authorization
Clarify that users are responsible for authorizing DTD to send follow-ups and for ensuring they have the right to share information included in emails or attachments.
AI provider accounts
Describe the customer's responsibility for its connected provider account and associated provider charges on BYOK plans.
Consequential actions
Define product safeguards and any actions that always require explicit user approval.
Billing and cancellation
Add real billing frequency, renewal, refund and cancellation rules only when pricing is finalized.
