This page is intentionally a launch placeholder until the final data flows, vendors, retention rules and legal entity details are confirmed.
Before production launch: replace this placeholder with a policy reviewed against the actual implemented product. Do not publish invented retention periods, subprocessors, legal addresses or compliance claims.
Data DTD processes
Messages deliberately sent, forwarded or CC'd to DTD, related replies, task state, and account/configuration data required to provide the service.
Full inbox access
The core product model is designed not to require blanket access to the user's entire inbox.
AI providers
Paid plans may use a customer-selected supported AI provider account. The final policy should disclose actual providers and data handling once implemented.
Deletion and control
The final product should expose task stop/pause/cancel controls and a defined process for deleting user data.
