What if someone changes the deadline?
DTD is designed to understand the reply, update the task and use the new commitment rather than blindly following the old schedule.
What if DTD isn't sure?
It asks, especially when the next action is consequential or your intent is unclear.
How does DTD avoid annoying people?
Follow-up logic should consider deadlines, promised dates, previous reminders, replies, out-of-office messages, business days and your preferences. It should not simply repeat the same reminder every fixed interval.
Can I stop it immediately?
Yes. Reply with instructions such as “stop”, “pause” or “cancel”.
Does DTD need access to my entire inbox?
No for the core direct-email, forwarding and CC model.
Can I use my company's AI API key?
Yes, on paid plans designed for company use.
